Chillr REturn policy

We offer a 10-day return policy if you are dissatisfied for any reason. To initiate a return and receive a refund, please ensure the following steps are followed:

1. Contact customer service so they can coordinate with our logistics partner to pick up the Ice Code product.
2. Drain your product. Instructions can be provided by contacting us.
3. Take pictures of the unit in the event something happens during transit.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the safe return along with a 15% restocking fee and de-installation charges ( if required)

Returns of Chiller must be made within 10 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. Ice Code Recovery is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for chiller will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from our receipt of your chiller to process the refund. Ice Code Recovery is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Ice Code Recovery is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside Ice Code Recovery’s control.
